Free worldwide returns. Return period for all glasses is 30 days.

For the USA, European Union and Australia we also cover the customs charges and duties. Please note that in some cases customs charges may apply outside the USA, EU and Australia.

DHL Express Shipping

Soon after pick-up you will receive either e-mail or text message with DHL tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose best possible delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

If you choose the delivery to the DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker, the shipment will be held for 14 days before it will be returned to Nopeet.

Orders that are not picked up will be returned to the ownership of Nopeet.
