We ship WORLDWIDE and we ship FAST.
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered directly to your home, office or DHL Service Point (if available in your location).
Orders are usually delivered between 8 and 17. If you're not available during the first delivery attempt, DHL will contact you to arrange a more suitable time of delivery. The maximum amount of delivery attempts DHL will attempt is three, after which the order will be returned to us.
If there is a DHL service point near you, you can contact your local DHL for arranging the delivery there. The parcel will be held there for 10 days before returning it back to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns are free of charge.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at email@example.com your order number and the items that you wish to return. We'd appreciate it if you could also specify the reason for return.
PACK THE ITEM(S)
- Pack the items in the original package with all accessories included in the delivery.
SEND THE ITEM(S) BACK
- After informing us about your return, a return label and pre-filled customs papers will be given to you via email. DHL will call you to arrange a pickup. Print the return label, attach the return label on top of the original shipping label and hand the customs documents to the courier.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If it is approved, we will refund the credit immediately.
